Welcome to The Happy Hour Subscription (“Subscription,” “Service”), operated by The Happy Hour (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

 

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer two billing options:

• Monthly Plan: $55 per month (12-month commitment required)

• Annual Plan: $497 per year (one-time payment)

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method based on your selected plan.

2. Payment & Renewal

• Payments are automatically charged each billing cycle.

• The monthly plan is a one-year commitment (12 payments of $55). You are responsible for the full 12-month period.

• Annual subscriptions are charged upfront and renew every 12 months.

• No partial refunds or early terminations are allowed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Plan: You cannot cancel before completing 12 payments. After the 12 months, you may cancel before your next billing cycle.

• Annual Plan: You may cancel future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the current year.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

5. Access & Membership

• Your subscription includes exclusive content, community access, and events.

• We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of community guidelines.
